Recovery
Addiction is not a lack of willpower.
It's a pattern — one that often starts as a way to cope, and then gradually takes control. By the time most people seek help, it has already cost something:
Whether you're questioning your relationship with alcohol, substances, or compulsive behaviours — or trying to stay on track in recovery — this is where structured, experienced support makes a real difference.
Experience that goes beyond theory
I work daily in a residential rehabilitation setting in Switzerland, supporting clients with addiction and relapse at every stage. I see what leads to relapse, what helps people stay on track, and where things tend to break down — in real situations, not in textbooks.
You don't need to hit rock bottom.
Some clients come after residential treatment, needing structure and stability as they rebuild. Others come earlier — noticing something is getting out of control, even if they wouldn't call it addiction. Both are valid starting points. There is no threshold you need to cross before asking for help.
What we work on
We focus on the moments where things usually go wrong:
Together we work on understanding what the behaviour is doing for you, identifying triggers before they turn into relapse, building alternatives that work in real situations, and strengthening control in the moments that matter most.
